You will also take on more responsibility for managing client relationships. You will start by taking over deliverable management for a few accounts, and gradually take on more responsibility until you are managing all clients' projects. Training will be a combination of conversations with the team and standard operating procedure (SOP) documents concentrated in the first month or two of your employment. The company will provide comprehensive onboarding materials to teach you about each client, how to manage deliverables, and other key aspects of the job. You will work closely with a team of approximately ten writers and interact regularly with the clients.
